Camilla Zamboni

Adjunct Assistant Professor in Italian

Camilla Zamboni has created an OER Intermediate Italian curriculum and is planning an OER Elementary Italian curriculum. She comes from Romance Languages, where OER is often discussed. She has conducted a nationwide survey of instructors of Italian to assess the impact of the switch to online learning. She has created two courses in which students create learning games, which are offered online as OER materials.

Cori Anderson

Assistant Professor of the Practice in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry

Cori Anderson teaches foundational courses in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, including Principles of Biology I. She uses resources such as Echo360 and Moodle to make course materials easily accessible to her students and is active in discussions surrounding textbook inclusive access. 

Jill Livingston

Associate University Librarian for Academic Services

Jill Livingston oversees our research services division and has a strong understanding of the library’s extensive course reserve system. Jill is a member of the Oberlin Group’s Universal Access Working Group. Prior to coming to Wesleyan in 2019, Jill oversaw a library department at an R1 university responsible for promoting OER adoption on campus. She individually worked with several faculty to convert course readings to OER.

Rachael Barlow

Associate Director of Assessment

Rachael Barlow works in the Office of Institutional Research, collecting qualitative and quantitative data about the student experience and student learning outcomes. She also has created open educational resources for the two classes she teaches at Wesleyan.

Jeffrey Goetz

Associate Director, Center for Pedagogical Innovation

Jeffrey Goetz manages instructional design and development as well as curriculum planning with individual faculty at Wesleyan. He also is responsible for Wesleyan’s academic MOOC programs on Coursera. Jeffrey is a member of the POD Network of faculty developers

Alyssa

Alyssa Marinaccio

Academic Technologist, ITS

Alyssa Marinaccio supports faculty who are building course websites in WordPress. She can help create digitally-ready OER materials or convert existing ones. Alyssa also teaches math and computer sciences at local area community colleges and so is familiar with the challenges of course development.
